How it works
Tell us the date
Send the form below with your date, numbers and venue. We reply within one working day.
Plan the menu
Pick fillings, salsas and sides with us. Dietary needs are easy: half our fillings are vegetarian or vegan.
We show up hungry
We arrive an hour early, set up, keep the tortillas coming, and clear it all away.

How far ahead should we book?
Two weeks for most parties, a month for the trompo in spring and wedding season. Last-minute? Ask anyway.
Do you travel?
Anywhere within 30 miles of Austin is included. Further out, we add a travel fee.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. Our tortillas are corn, so naturally gluten free, and we always bring vegan and vegetarian fillings.
Is there a deposit?
We take 25% to hold the date, and the rest a week before. Cancel up to two weeks ahead for a full refund.
